I hope you posted those goggles purely for illustrative purposes, those are digital nightvision goggles that work by illuminating the darkness with powerful IR lights. You will look like a walking lighthouse to anyone with real nightvision and security cameras too will see you.
Secondly their light is still partially visible to human eyes as a dim red glow that will look like a lit cigarette, so other people will also see you long before you see them.
Finally being dressed as a tactical dork in any sort of happening will get you robbed or killed first if you go alone.
