First of all, they haven't even finished conducting the 2025 GSS, and they have only barely started releasing info from the 2024 GSS.
Also, all of the actual GSS survey data since that original WaPo article in 2018 shows a completely different trend. Male sexlessness peaked in 2018 and then gradually declined. Female sexlessness increased from 2018 for a few years. Then both male and female sexlessness declined dramatically in the post-pandemic era.
