They didn't have nukes and weren't building one, nor could their missiles hit the US. It was yet another war for Israel.

If Trump really cared about nuclear disarmament, he would've started with the only country in the Middle East with nuclear weapons, Israel. Iran didn't have nuclear weapons and wasn't building one. They also didn't have the range to strike the United States. It was just another war for Israel and Netanyahu particularly as he clings to power and searches for any excuse to stay out of the court room.
