you need to address why it is you wanted to do that and why you acted on your impulses. Im sure you understand its wrong to violate someones privacy and boundaries like that, especially your own sister. If she really isnt aware of what you did then consider yourself lucky and take the opportunity to realize should should never act on that impulse again or else she would rightfully raise hell.

Do you go to therapy? If so talk to them about this. If not, it might be time to practice some mindfulness and learn how to not act on these thoughts.
