Angra Mainyu is a certified legend; Hopeman's foremost enemy, the unstoppable force to his immovable object, the biggest advocate for supervillainy on Earth. She was the one who resurrected the 80's style of diabolical plans, outlandish suits and a fierce competition to be the best without descending into plain debauchery like the Slaughterhouse types love doing. She's the one responsible for turning the city into what it is today, having played into the hands of the conspiracy that sought to discard her once her services became unnecessary. But she managed to outwit them all.
Angra seeks to take over the city and find successors to her chaotic ideology— working towards a world without Hope, where chaos and personal strength reign supreme. She must hurry, as Hopeman is slowly dying, and she will be unable to continue her business in good taste unless she faces him in a final showdown worthy of legends. After he's dead, she can focus on world domination.
Her power enables her to copy powers with ease and gain immunity to their effects upon assault, but with some caveats. Namely, she can only use one of them at a time; they have a time limit of 10 minutes, after which she forcibly switches to another power, and her immunities only last a couple of hours at most.
