I've actually tried to do all of those things. I want to get it a black nato strap but haven't because I'm broke and actually want a seiko branded one. The bulky bit I did actually like but is now less bulky (it was new then so more stiff) now it sits more flat and low. I do wear it higher where you say but it moves a lot and if I adjust it more it can't go as hight. And yeah, I've tried but my camera sucks, here is one with more focus. I can tell you have good taste
