When I look at BPD it really looks like the pattern of someone who had bad ADHD and never learned to cope in the adult world. It all goes back to impulsive behavior. Impulsive behaviors create situations where you have to apologize, explain your behavior, feel guilt and regret, which in turn makes you think too much.
