God Cards were always janky and when they finally got a breathe of fresh air in Phoenix Ra and Slime cards... They were expensive as hell just for a barely rogue deck. So I never got to live the fantasy of winning with God cards irl, couldn't afford them. I hate it. Now Odion runs the same fate.

I don't particularly care about Odion or his cards, but his anime style gave me the idea of playing pure traps and spells and I used to win with Pic related in 2012-2014, could it still work today? Perhaps there's even better spells & traps and protection for them?
People just didn't expect to kill themselves every time they attacked, and if they didn't, my burn damage would ramp up. I loved those days, the most fun I've had playing Yugioh so maybe I should be playing Odion in 2025 and be an annoying scumbag but not with those prices
