Let's day that theoretically the most annoying person in the world is on his bike, revving the piss out of it in neutral. If I were to stomp his shift lever down from nuetral to 1st, under high rpm, without him engaging the clutch lever, am I fighting him right then and there, or would I have the benefit of him having to sprint the 10-15 yards back to his original starting position to beat my ass?
