That's if everything goes perfectly smooth, we still have a lot of loose threads like Garps execution, Blackbeard creating his own country and aquiring the Ancient Weapons etc. Exactly 100 chapters ago was when Shanks scared off Greenbull with his Wi-Fi Haki for reference.
