I remember watching a recent podcast (its that one with wingsofredemption and the fps russia guy) and sam was on talking about how ever since he got on HRT (ten years ago) he's so much calmer, he doesn't lash out at all, doesn't act erratically, etc

then he gets mad because he's getting one upped on a podcast so he flips a desk and goes crazy lol

yeah very calm very composed
