i mean things can get better too though. and since complex systems change in nonlinear ways, especially when phase-shifting, it could happen super quickly as well.

(think of how quickly a market can crash, or a fire can spread, or water can freeze- nothing, nothing, a little bit, something, and then POW it all happens at once. like cicadas emerging, or flowers blooming. sometimes all it takes is a tiny spark)
