Does Trump REALLY want to go into discovery with this? I mean, this is a no-win scenario for him here. When he withdraws the suit, he's going to look weak as FUCK because there is categorically no way he's going to risk a discovery phase going into the fucking veracity of the letter he wrote. This is just a complete and utter disaster for him. Does he really think he's going to bully Rupert fucking Murdoch into captulating?

I have no love for Murdoch but he's what you'd call a "real billionaire" -- one of those guys who has genuinely more money than he knows what to do with. Trump has always been a small fry. He inherited a bunch of buildings his dad built and when they happened to appreciate, he lucked into a decent sum. With that money, he proceeded to fail at everything he ever did. Murdoch, compared to Trump, got money the "hard" way. Trump has no fucking clue what he's doing right now. He's lashing out like the spoiled child to which he's regressing.
