I have a similar setup for Libre Office, but it taps into Financial Times, and only the five metals I can - Au, Pd, Pt, Ag, and Cu. I can't find a source for Rh. I guess it just doesn't move that much.
I too have the delay. With Libre I have two columns: live and static. The live only updates when I hit the "Update" option. Then a third column shows the delta if <>0, and I'll copy/paste-as-value into the static after I've pondered a while.
