You'd quickly see that non-white mothers will still be lib and not conservative. This is why Vance is pushing pro-natalism while there is still a white majority. It will inevitably result in a conservative majority.

You just need to make sure non-whites don't breed- hence the effort on deportations of brownoids, and the laxness on white immigrants.
