I'm strongly considering selling off the majority of my gun collection.

I would be going from 17 guns to 5 guns.

I also have about 500 rounds of ammo for each different gun which are almost all different calibers.

Is doing a consignment at a local gun shop and them taking 20% a fair deal? Will they be willing to buy my ammo?

Should I do it? They are mainly comblock weapons and aren't even that valuable.

I got a Mauser p38 from WWII I'm considering selling but It makes me wonder if it will go way up in value over the next 20 years... (I'm only 34 years old)
