It could be that Super Destroyers are too small to be effectively targeted. Judging by the interior, SD's are laughably small ships by any standard. While we may only see SD's due to swede laziness, SEAF likely employs much larger starships that transport the bulk of the manpower and material that is necessary for actually occupying worlds.
