People have tried to convince me he's some deep character who wants to live a peaceful life, but everything about him is just so fucking schizophrenic because of all the bullshit going on. He's more of an animal to me than a human is. That conversation he has with the other Shiki in Kohaku's route is the closest he ever felt like an actual human being besides yelling at Arcueid. He falls in love with whoever he fucking meets otherwise, like a goddamn dog.

Nah, he's really a sarcastic guy who can't get pussy out of his mind. CCC really helped bridge the gap between the two because you see Archer act like his old self and rant on about all the failed relationships he was in.
