I offered my services to an older lady who may need small handyman work done and might have ended up in a ridiculous situation.

Let’s say you’re an elderly lady with God’s clock ticking. And you just buried your 97 year old mother, who happened to be a mildly well known artist-photographer, especially in the 70s. And now you want to honor her legacy, but also maybe make a few bucks because social security doesn’t pay shit. And you have a storage unit full of artwork and photo prints and negatives and film. And also your stepdad wrote for Star Trek a bit.

What would one recommend doing? I googled the lady’s name and some of the larger paintings are listed online from resellers asking like $15k+ and photo prints $1000-$2000

I have no clue what to tell her. I thought I would be changing an outlet or some shit.
