pretty sure you have klinefelter syndrome, but it is not debilitating or hereditary and you can still mold yourself into an ubermensch through sheer force of will

you have to make a real commitment, you have to say "I am actually doing this", don't be hard on yourself because psychologically this never works, rather try to get into a calm state and slowly edge yourself into it like entering a hot bath, like if you plan to run 3 miles, tell yourself you are just going for a walk, then when your shoes are on and you are ready you decide to job to some half mile waypoint you were looking at on google maps earlier, then once there decide to jog to the next, then the 1.5 half mile waypoint, then jog back, by this point your lungs are full of fresh air and any grogginess or anxiety is long forgotten
do this every day and you will be happier, you will sometimes slacken, but you can keep it to a minimum by tricking yourself in the way described
