If so that would be extremely based since she already hugged him naked, but I don't think we will get that lucky. More likely this is just being used for drama and will end up just referring to two of the girls. My money is on Seiha and Ouka who have the same eye color and are close in age, maybe the plan was just to take Seiha but something happened to their birth parents and they decided to suddenly take Ouka too which is why she's part of the only twinset since the Arata deal was already being finalized.
