This book might be a bit outdated and for stuff like romantic love u have to drop connotation bc it doesn’t mean love with romance and stuff it means people who are simple basic and or love bomb and just mutually have no connection and just have a like forced relationship or etc but I like to use this when I explain to people about being in love they have a special chapter called intimacy and love if anyone wants to check it out basically it is just hard because why would you throw away someone you were actually in love with? The feeling of being in love is reciprocated and comes to people sometimes once or never in a lifetime. Not everyone is that lucky. But I think this is very important. Which is why it’s so sad and frustrating. I never had the chance to fall in love with him yet and I’ve been in love with 1-3 ppl in 6-7th grade, my first gf in 8th-hs, my second gf as an adult, and last recent was my first therapist. I always wished I had a chance to get to know my first boyfriend but he never wanted to open up to me. Basically I could do a lot of speaking on relationships connection and being in love but I won’t rn. But I spent growing up focusing on relationships and friendships but could never get close to anyone. I’m very gentle and sensitive.
