A situation where it's justified is not a murder. I would say murder is the worst thing because no matter what, it ends a human life. Rape is horrible and disgusting, but you're alive by the end of it. Murder is an abrupt, sudden, and unfair end of human life.

With that said, obviously I'm NTA and rape is never justified, but I count murder as far worse.
