Every hypothetical I have heard to justify rape has to make ridiculous fantastical scenarios and even then they fail. Things like "Oh what if a man had a gun to the head of you family and will kill them unless you rape someone." or "You are poisoned and the only cure is having sex in the next 3 minutes". Something that does not occur in real life and in the scenario puts the blame on some outside being. At absolute best rape can be done as a form of torture, meant solely to bring pain and humiliation on someone without revelling in it. But torture itself is also never really justified.

Torturing someone for doing evil is pointless, it isn't going to undo the crimes they committed, all it does is satisfy ones own sadistic ego. If one is truely evil the right course of action is to swiftly and efficiently subdue them so they cannot commit anymore, anything else is wasting time and reveals one does not truly care about maximizing good and minimizing happiness. The only scenario tortures seems justifiable is when some form of information has to be drawn from someone. And even then it is debateably effective and probably should only be a last resort.

Raise Dead spells don't undo murder, they just reverse the physical consequences of it (and any good system should have downsides to constantly dying and being resurrected). A spell that undoes the physical consequences of rape would likely just regenerate any possible internal injuries, cure any sexually transmitted diseases, and induce an abortion. This would normally be possible in D&D with 2-3 spells, depending on if the spell that heals injuries also cures diseases (and it would be possible in 1 spell if all parasites were considered diseases)

RAW it's possible to be raped by a red slaad (which applies a disease in 5e and earlier, but is considered a curse by 5.5e for some retarded reason, probably because diseases don't really exist in 2024 without DM Fiat), and then cast Heal. The heal spell cures any damage caused by the Slaad's claws penetrating you, cures any diseases contracted from the slaad (including diseases the Slaad itself had), and kills the Slaad egg. Heal is the "Undo Rape" spell for the only gameplay instance of rape in 5E.

However, most of the time, settings usually don't allow you to resurrect people with impunity. 5etools says you need a 1,000 gp diamond per resurrection.
