The career mode got invisible threshold that you need to passed like having at least 90 guts for you first debut race, it can be brute force by other stats but you need to get them high enough.
So despite you having 200 stats in speed/power/stam from legacy sparks, you still can belosing to 50/50/50 shitter because your guts still at 60.
