The standard minimal package is 2x Engraver, 1x Tract, 1x Lacrima Crimson Tears, and one Fabled Lurrie(for the Tract). For the ED it's usually 1x Requiem, 1x Sequence, 1 Lacrima(fusion), and 1 Desirae.
Fiendsmith in Paradise is common but not always ran, as it turns Lacrima's quick effect into an interruption by sending Desirae on their turn. Agnumday is also common since it gives more OTK power and some other upsides. Moon of the Closed Heaven also may as well be a Fiendsmith card, because its only purpose for existence is to be a light fiend you can summon off of any 2 effect monsters to go into Fiendsmith Requiem, but not every deck that runs it wants to do that. Also Necroquip Princess is used for certain combos. Wave High King Caesar or Apollousa are extremely common as a payoff+to protect from Nib before you start your real combo.

With just an Engrave in hand can get you into a link 4, a rank 4, a rank 6, Chaos Angel, a level 8 synchro, a level 10 synchro or other stuff without using your normal summon, so take your pick from the generics as long as you don't mind using a bunch of extra deck space getting there.
