>Tails becomes demotivated and ultimately gives up a lot of his hobbies because he doesn't see a point when Eggman is good now.
>Knuckles is relatively the same just less stressed
>Rouge stops going on heists because Eggman's robots already know her strategies and catches her before she can even start an infiltration.
>Shadow just starts being lazy and misandric because he has nothing to do anymore
>Team Chaotix goes out of business but it doesn't matter because they already get anything they want so they just sit around all day getting fat.
>Cream loses herself to the internet and AI because it's easier and "more fun" than actually interacting with people.
>Vanilla also starts getting fat and narcissistic because robots take care of everything for her.
>Nobody wants to do anything about this because why would they
>Sonic starts slowly losing his mind more and more until he starts trying to force Eggman to be a villain again and when that doesn't work he starts going out of his way to start problems and trouble to get people motivated again.
>This just leads to everyone hating him as he becomes the titular villain now.

Ya know, this could actually work out as a really cool role reversal story between Eggman and Sonic.
