Don't get me wrong, I love a good steak or a roast leg of lamb. But if I actually had to choose between only eating meats or only eating vegetables for the rest of my life it would be no contest. Vegetables 100% every time, if for no other reason than the sheer variety.

It's maybe important to consider that gut bacteria are what do the actual digesting of the foods we eat and different ones prefer and are better at eating some things over others. So if this person os anywhere near as adverse to vegetables as they say in these posts and have been so for some time, it's not surprising that when they do eat vegetables there's not enough of the right bacteria to digest them. Which would make sense both feeling sick after and seeing undigested vegetables afterwards.
