I'm OP for both posts, so I'll answer the maid question first: Originally, the brat was going to resemble his family, but to leave it open-ended as to whether the brother(s) will woo him or not, I might make him genetically unique so incest is not an issue.

Idea 3: Romcom
>guy tries to ask a girl out, but ends up spooking her
>girl is a witch, and she accidentally casts a spell that turns the guy into a girl
>as a result of the spell, everyone simply thinks the guy was just a tomboyish girl growing up (witch is obv immune)
>he now has to act as a girl while the witch tries to find out how to fix him
>guy also has to dodge male students who want to get in his pants while guy still has feelings for the witch
