we have a very simple hiring criteria. when you submit your cv, you must include a short video answering five open-ended questions. that weeds out 98% of faggots who aren't a-players.
they are:
Why are you interested in this position?
What do you know about our company?
What is your ideal work environment?
What are your strengths?
Where do you see yourself in five years?
faggots who jump through that hoop and make the cut, will later go on to psychological/personality screening. then it's at least 3-4 in-person interviews on and off-site with loads of people.
that is kryptonite to chuds, kek. they can't even make it past the first step.
