I'm actually pretty sure they will part forever towards the end of the story, Tsukushi definitely didn't just drop that in a dialogue with Prushka for no reason. Not because of Fapta, but it would be a logical conclusion to Riko's character and her abyss autism, everything that is taken from the abyss will be returned to it after all
