Glad you gave the article your time. 4chan used to be what other people call a blogroll these days. It was a site where you'd be informed about world issues in real time and less so consumerism. Hacker News is terrible now, it's just AI subjects and my favourite blogger posting interesting links was fighting for his life in a hospital, but he is recovering now. We used to be a site that refined good from bad content by weeding out slop.
