She's unkillable herself (literally, her passive is a self-rez), makes your team unkillable (damage split), summons turrets (all Gunsmoke bosses debuff themselves if they hit 5+ hits, which only Papesha can currently do), and provides a unique buff that makes Electric units hit harder and heal themselves simultaneously.

She's basically the Springfield of Electric teams. If you have any interest in Electric dolls then you need her.
