i know basically nothing about fitness and i wanted to ask what i could do to improve upon this. i took picrel a few months ago and have since lost the definition (circumstances changed and i got lazy) so i'll be starting over. i was basically just lying on the floor doing crunches and leg-lifts and hollow-body holds every morning, but i would like to be efficient about it, and i also want to get my whole body toned. is it really as easy as spending like thirty minutes a day doing simple things? if i added some push-ups and squats to that, would it be enough?
