I know my life would be better if I were less influenced by the internet, but I'm struggling to cut down on my internet usage.

I have to use my computer for at least a few hours per day due to my job. This I think there's no way to avoid unless I quit my job and become a janitor or something, and quite possibly they've found a way to app-ify being a janitor at this point as well.

Does anyone have any useful advice?
