My ability to sing has degraded so much over the past couple of years, so any time I'm improvising something, I get a note wrong, and if I continue like it was always supposed to be like that, it opens up a totally new branch that I wouldn't have otherwise gone down, so it really helps my creativity.
Obviously this is just a silver lining and I'd much rather sing well, but as long as I can't fix the problem I'd rather focus on the positives and use the situation to my advantage.
