I stare at the screen 15 hours a day, eat mostly whole foods, minimally processed and with no added sugars, masturbate 3 times per week, have an immaculate sleep schedule of 9:30pm bed time 5:30am wake time, don't smoke weed, only drink socially on the weekends, and exercise 4 or 5 times a week with a mix of weight lifting and 40 minute incline walks. I feel like shit all the time.
