Already happening in HaysCo β wells drying up (if not drilled deeper). Interestingly, there's a bottled water company that is allowed to pump unlimited amounts of water out of the aquifer βit's probably correlary to Blue Hole having dried up, not causation /s

I was there (family affairs) Christmas 2024, and the entire time I just wanted to leave. I stayed in an AirBnB (apartment) on Koenig, right across from DPS, and didn't even recognize the intersection I spent years traversing (soooooo much new construction)!

There are definitely people I'd recommend "move to Austin" β these are mostly people I would not enjoy spending time with, I suspect.
