This is the actually a good painting from Hitler.

His main problem was not perspective or whatever but that he was adamant on this outdated romanticism (that he did not do very good, either). He would've done himself a huge favor had he allowed himself to be more creative with his style and leaned more into the expressionist zeitgeist of the time.
