I've personally never liked how shirts and ties are drawn in most manga.
They always draw it sloppy with the top button undone and tie pulled loose.
I get if the character is supposed to be a slob, but they do it for even supposedly well dressed characters.

The combination of shirt and tie, and often suit jacket form an almost geometric pattern of diamonds when worn properly
