Hey ali
what's up?
I went to a store today and bought snacks and a little cake to celebrate caturday :3
>fixed my sleep
good job :D
>basically just talk to you all and my one friend.
and if your sleep schedule was not fixed what else you'd be doing?

Hello
>do you think over-eating is self harm
hm I guess it could be, it's definitely harmful but I feel it probably depends on the intention of the person doing it, if they are doing it to get worse/unwell in some way or are they trying to satisfy their unhealthily big appetite
If it's the former I think it's self harm
It also begs the question, what is self harm?
like if you're going to a dentist to get a tooth pulled, is it self harm? if you're willfully letting someone damage you I guess some might see it in that way
But I don't think it is if you're doing it because some external circumstance (like a tooth infection) forced you to do it and you're doing it with the goal of getting better
What do you think anon?
