Oh shit, really? So as long as it's some soldier's combat trophy or a surplus piece, a Luger is allowed to have a stock (original/repro) with no paperwork, just like a Mauser? Did not know that.
Wait, does this pertain strictly to German issued P08s, or does it apply to any and all military issued Luger pistols? If the former, would it apply only to German ones, or would it still apply to pistols in other countries which adopted the same P08 pattern, like the Finnish did?
