Yeah I don't think it's too much better than Chroma in that regard. Notice the artifacts in this "photorealistic" photo, no difference from Chroma. Plus there is no model that is better than Chroma right now in anatomy and following any kind of prompt you'd want. The lack of censorship truly helps.
