Bioshock Infinite and it's not even close. I consider it like a 6/10 game with a 3/10 story that was being praised like it was the second coming of Christ on release. Sentiment's changed a lot sense then but at the time I felt like everyone was taking crazy pills. Undertale is still somewhere between a 7/10 to 8/10 game to me so the whiplash isn't that bad.
