Problem is game scripts are bloated as fuck because writers never learned how to revise. Yes, the idea is to say the most you can with as few words as possible. We instead almost always get verbal diarrhea. It will be interesting to see how Owlcat's Dark Heresy game turns out because they're supposedly making the entire thing more in line with Rogue Trader's opening section, for example.
