I am painting a car for the first time and I've wrapped the windscreen in this plastic masking sheet shit and after I'd got around the car in primer I noticed it was blowing flakes of paint off of the plastic. I was wondering if it would help if I laid a decent coat over the plastic so it didn't flake off or should I just use newspaper? Maybe paint just doesn't stick to this plastic but it's sold as paint masking shit so you'd think it would.
