if you are using forge there should be a dropdown menu below the main options called "controlnet integrated".
there are several ways to use it and i'm not a professional by any means, but with it you can suggest the image look like something specifically without making a whole lora or whatever for it. so for example i can match the color or metallicity of an object's paint, or with other settings i can trace my own hand drawings, or with noobai_inpainting i can actually just photobash what i want and it will blend it all together.

too many uses and settings to go over, best to play with it.
