I do. For completely apolitical reasons however. I learned that its much easier than I thought ever since I discovered a recipe for making bread in a pan instead of an oven.
Nowadays I fill the bread with random stuff raw, and cook it together with the dough in a pan. Usually meat and begetables but even dried fruits, nuts, honey or fish is possible
