Gacha systems are a "what is the probability that I get x successes after y attempts with a given probability" which represents a binomial distribution. You can directly calculate it easily with a standardized formula.
The probability that you get 0 successes after 200 trials with a 0.002 probability is 1.7%. It's rare but that is absolutely not impossible odds, it can happen to anyone at any point and it does happen to people in these very threads.
Bonus fact, the odds that you get any "1/x" (i.e. a pilgrim which is 1/100) after x attempts is about 63%, 1-(1/e) actually.
