it's nice that we have such a diverse selection of musical artists here at /bant/. it surprises me, i don't even need to go to /mu/ anymore lol. i bet it must've felt good discovering that multipolar tonality concept, like leveling up in a videogame

i honestly wonder why i want to make music sometimes. i say i'm passionate, when i haven't touched a daw in months, attempting to actively avoid any creative activity as much as possible, then it feels like withdrawals when i am forced to avoid it outside of my own fruition. playing an instrument is simple fun, you pick it up and play, but making music always becomes this monumental struggle against myself. it's always been a particular thing with me.
